  2. Proof of Unpacking: To process a return, a video of the unpacking process is mandatory. The video should clearly show:
    • The sealed package upon arrival.
    • Unpacking the item without any cuts or edits.
    • The damaged or non-functional aspect of the product.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Submit Video Proof: Attach the video of the unpacking process as described above. This is a compulsory step, and without this video, returns will not be accepted.
  3. Approval: Once we receive your return request and video proof, our team will review it and get back to you within 3 business days.
  4. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  5. Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as per your preference.

Exceptions:

  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
